Is there a contract required?

If you pay the full “retail” price for the website (currently the “SCALE” option) – there are no contracts. Our managed, secured hosting is paid for monthly and can be cancelled or transferred at any time. If you’ve opted for one of the Payment Plans (“BUILD” or “GROW” option) – there is 2-year hosting requirement.

I like my website. Can you make my website look similar to what I have now?

Absolutely. Whether the design is something you made or had put together – our developers can do their best to match it. Remember, with each Perfect Pet Sitter Website you get up to 8 hours of design time to use how you see fit.

Will my website look just like everybody else’s?

The sites are template-based so by default, the sites will all look the same when they are brand new. That is EXACTLY why we include 8 hours of graphic design time with each project so our designers can make your site branded to YOUR business. Additional design time can also be purchased if you want a completely custom look.

Can I have more than 21 pages if I want?

You can have as many pages as you’d like. We mention the 21 pages because these are template pages with pre-written content but you can easily copy the pages and adjust for your needs or just create new ones. The end result of this project is a WordPress-based website that you have 100% control over.

I don’t have a logo. Can you help me?

Absolutely. If you don’t currently have a logo or if you are not happy with what you have and are looking for a branding upgrade we can absolutely help with that. On your initial project call your Project Manager will walk through the options with you and answer any questions you may have.

What if I already have a website?

Most Perfect Pet Sitter Website customers already have an existing website – That’s no problem. Because we don’t want to impact your current website as we’re building your new and improved site – we’ll do all of the development on a staging server that we own. This way we can do all of the development and testing online but still leave your website up until we’re ready to launch your new site.

How much of the content and images will I have to create?

Because the sites are template based – all of the content for the most common pages has already been written for you to get you started. What we want to have you do is go in and update the existing content with your pictures and words so that way the site has your “voice”.

Do you provide any additional training?

Education is at the core of our business so we absolutely provide you with training on how to edit and maintain your website after it launches. Additionally, as long as you have your Perfect Pet SItter Website – you will also have access to the Membership area with an ever growing library of Quick Tips and How-To’s

What is your cancellation policy?

All accounts may be canceled with 30-days written notice. If the canceled account is on a payment plan AND it is before the 2-year hosting anniversary date, the client is responsible for development costs incurred (not to exceed current “retail” price). Any refunds due will be issued back to the original payment method.
